  • Accessing Your Purchase: You can access your purchased products through the "My Account" section of probundle.lightbio.io or via the download link provided in the order confirmation email. Ensure you’re logged into the correct account to access your files.
  • File Formats: Products are provided in the formats specified in the product listing. Please verify that you have the necessary software or hardware to use the product before purchasing.

2. Delivery Time

  • Immediate Access: Most digital products are available for download or access immediately after payment confirmation, typically within minutes.
  • Delays: In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical issues or payment processing. If you don’t receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at support@lightbio.io.

3. Non-Delivery Issues

If you encounter issues accessing your product:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder for the order confirmation email.
  • Verify that you’re logged into the correct Probundle account.
  • Contact our support team at support@lightbio.io with your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly, typically within 24-48 hours.

4. System Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the necessary requirements to use the digital products. System or software requirements are listed in the product description. We are not liable for issues arising from incompatible devices or software.

5. Refunds for Delivery Issues

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in the product listing or required by law. If a product is not delivered due to a technical error on our end, we will either provide access to the product or issue a refund at our discretion. Please contact support@lightbio.io within 7 days of purchase to report delivery issues.
